Homemade Salsa

So, I've had this recipe for salsa for a few years now, but realized as I was shopping for ingredients that I didn't have a blog post to pull up on my phone to check if I had everything.  SO, just in case that happened again, I thought I would dust off my blog and actually post something.

(1) 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
(1) can of original rotel
(1) cup chopped cilantro (but I LOVE cilantro, so I had close to 2 cups
(1) large red onion, chopped
(2) tbsp minced garlic
(1) tbsp Natures Seasoning
(2) tsp cumion
a little salt to taste
(3) limes - squeeze juice out
*optional* I add 1/2 a jalapeno minced

I like my salsa chunky, but Matt likes it almost like soup, so I'll take half and blend it in the chopper.

  Nom Nom Nom :)  Enjoy!
