{Pinterest Recipe} Crockpot BBQ Chicken

I've been on this quest to find GOOD low fat / low calorie recipes.  Eating right can run it's course when you're tired of Subway and don't know what to cook.  As a full time working mom, it's nice to find a recipe that's quick, healthy, and tasty.  My friend Jenny tried this recipe, so I pinned it to make sure I would remember to try it. 

Ingredients:

3-4 Pieces of Chicken Breasts
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce (Head Country is THE BEST)
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes






I set my crockpot on the LOWEST setting of 10 hours.  It took 3 hours for 4 chicken breasts to cook.  How easy is this recipe?!



 This was so easy and tasty.  The sauce adds just enough BBQ taste without all the calories/fat :)  My husband is one of the pickiest eaters I know and he l-o-v-e-d it.
